My aim with NGactive Outdoor Fitness for Kids is to create a positive and fun environment for your child whilst teaching them the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Through my knowledge and experience your child will learn, reach goals, make new friends all while learning the importance and positive effects exercise has on your physical and psychological well-being.
Outdoor fitness contributes greatly to a healthy and active lifestyle. Physical Activity guidelines for children and adolescents states that children between the ages of 6-17 require a minimum of 1-hour vigorous physical activity a day.
Not only will your child benefit from stronger bones, muscles and cardiovascular system from our fitness classes, it will also stimulate their minds improve their social skills, build friendships, confidence and improve teamwork.
These group classes will let your kids be kids and have fun outside with their new mates and not inside on a screen.

These classes are so much more than getting your children out in the fresh air, but helping them become a better version of themselves.
Where: Thirroul Public School (Soccer Field) Roxburgh Ave, Thirroul NSW 2515
When: Monday & Wednesday 3:15 - 4:15, Classes will run inline with the school term.
Duration: 1 Hour
Price: $200 a term - 1 session a week x 10 weeks (extra session a week and sibling discount available)
Dynamic warm up and mini games - 10 min
Speed/Agility and Endurance training - 20 min
Strength training – 20 min
Core/Cool down – 10 min
